WPNC boosts agency leadership

with appointment of Senior Management Team

Meet the team

WPNC is creating a new Senior Management Team (SMT) by promoting Emma Wales, Polly Jones and Richie Florey, joined by recently appointed Fundraising Strategy Director Hannah Wallis.

The new leadership team, reporting to Chair John Watson, will assume an overall consultative role to manage the agency and take it forward.

Wales is promoted to Client Services Director from her previous role as Group Account Director. Jones is promoted from Senior Copywriter to Creative Director, while Florey becomes Production Director, having previously been Head of Delivery.

Wallis recently joined WPNC following a decade in several senior roles at Guide Dogs, including Interim Director of Fundraising.

Watson comments: “We are delighted to be able to announce the promotion of this highly experienced group of key colleagues, most of whom have been with the agency for some years.

“I will work with the team to enhance the agency’s offering across all areas. We’ve already started with TV production and there will be more to come.

“WPNC continues to thrive, especially in the fundraising sector, and we’re all looking forward to the team taking the agency’s skills in strategy and creativity to the next level.”

Founder Maria Phillips continues as Director of Film and TV, supporting the new SMT across all aspects of TV, both on- and offline.

Meanwhile, founder John Eversley takes on new responsibility for Business Development. Previously WPNC’s Managing Director, Eversley now becomes Deputy Chair. He remains a director of the company.
